    A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 10–25 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

    A: Shipping is free on orders of $25 and more.
  • Q: Do you ship internationally?

Returns & Exchanges

  • Q: Can I return my item?
    A: Yes! Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging. Email us at PedalWorksCycling@gmail.com for instructions.
  • Q: Who pays for return shipping?
    A: Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
