Refund policy

We want you to love your order! If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your items.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the condition you received them.

How to return: Please email us at PedalWorksCycling@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive your return.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

Exchanges: We gladly exchange items if the product is defective or damaged.
